What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards.
How are items dispatched?
Depending on the size/value of the item and the shipping option chosen, we use a combination of DHL, DPD, Parcel Force, Royal Mail, TNT and UPS.
How quickly are items dispatched?
Your order will ship as soon as payment has been received. Orders received before 5pm are generally shipped same day
Monday - Friday. All items are shipped within 2 working days, usually same day.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us straight away via e-mail and we'll get it replaced for you as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns?
Returns accepted within 14 days, faulty items will be replaced up to 12 months please contact us for further information.
Can I return my item?
If you are not happy with your item we can usually accept returns unless stated in the listing. If the item is used then
unfortunately, unless faulty, we are not able to take it back.
